Saif Ali Khan Health Update: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan is currently admitted in Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. The actor had tricep surgery yesterday. Actually, the 53 year old actor was injured while doing an action sequence during the shooting of his upcoming film ‘Devraa’. Due to this, Saif got the operation done on Monday (January 22). On Tuesday afternoon, Saif Ali Khan appeared publicly for the first time after his tricep surgery. The actor’s video is now going viral on social media.

After surgery, actor Saif Ali Khan was looking absolutely fit and fabulous. Saif was wearing a cast on his hand and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan was also with him. During this time Saif was wearing half black t-shirt and denim jeans. Kareena Kapoor was seen in black leggings with a checked shirt. The couple also waved for the paps.
Saif gave his health update
The actor had earlier spoken openly about his injury and also thanked fans for their well wishes and concerns. Saif had also given an update on his health in one of his latest interviews. Saif had said that he suffered ‘unbearable pain’ in his tricep after getting badly injured while shooting an action sequence for ‘Devaara’.
Speaking to Zoom TV, the actor said, “I thought it was all fine, and somehow carried on. Then I was working out, and the pain increased, the bandwidth of the pain increased. If I did anything strenuous, So it would be painful. So I thought it was best to get an MRI done. Because while I was vacationing with my family for New Years I was still having pain. Then we found out that the tricep tendon was very badly torn. It was gone, barely held in place like a rubber band that could break at any moment.”
Saif also told about his surgery process
Saif had further said, after completing the talkie part of Devara and some other commitments, he decided to undergo surgery. He said that it was during the surgical process that the doctors realized that the situation was quite serial. The actor said, “When he opened his hand, he realized that there was a great need for surgery. They cleaned it, removed the fluid, repaired the nerve and also stitched the tricep. I must say the doctor in charge was fantastic, he made a few incisions in the bone and then performed the surgery which completely repaired the entire arm. ,
Had surgery not been done, Saif would have lost his hand!
Saif further said that this surgery was done in time and if it had not been done, he would have ‘lost something in his hand’. Saif told the news portal, “But it is not that serious, I will be home in a day. I am fine now. Everything is good now. It was a kind of preventive surgery and it happened at the right time.”
